Hi Deb. First of all, congratulations on the breakthrough! You've been working very hard towards your final goal and you WILL make it! I'm still on a light eating regimen and eat when I'm hungry so here's what I had yesterday: B - tea, 4 oz cc yogurt S - Baked Doritos (8) with cheese spread (canneed) L - 1/2 c chicken broth, 1/2 grilled cheese on lo carb bread D - tiny salad and 1/2 c spaghetti w/ meat sauce S - SF fudgesicle, SF popsicle Weighed in at 119 this morning so all of the water & gas weight from the hospital stay has gone away. Yay!!! LindaM 230/119/115 (4 lbs to goal!!!)

Linda, Hey there...~hugs~ Yes the diet seems to be working for me but now I stress over when I go back to adding some good carbs like fruits and veggies. I guess in moderation it should be ok. Thanks for your support hun Glad you are eating better hun and yes the light regimen is the best until your system heals more. You have a great weekend Debra P

I am so glad this plateau buster is working well for you. How wonderful. I went to a support group meeting last night at Albany Medical Center and there was a girl there who had her surgery one day before me, just about the same size as me, and has lost 25 pounds more than I have. I was so upset by this. I have been feeling like my weight loss has been relatively slow, considering how little out I am. I felt like that was confirmed last night and I was so bummed. I know that people lose at different rates for different reasons, and I know that it's not good to lose too fast, but still, very upsetting. It did motivate me to step up on the exercise, drink more, and cut most all carbs (except fruit) out of my diet. We'll see. I'm ready for a big loss. I'm ready to get under 200lbs. I'm ready.... Today: B: scrambled eggs with cheese L: chili S:soy nuts D: chicken parm (1/2 of what they served me in the restaurant, the rest I took home) and some broccoli S: sf fugicle 70 oz h20, 35 minutes high intensity exercise, all vitamins, suppliments, etc. Fat be gone! xox Amy

Amy, Hun I know it is hard to not compair our weight loss with others and I can totaly understand feeling bad when we see others reaching goals before us but please know that we also know what is good for us and we will get there when it is our time. I know I have to keep telling myself this as well and it does get very frustrating Good to see that this is motivating you to watch the carbs and getting more water and exercise. You will notice a change with the working out and drinking the water that is for sure! Keep us posted hun Debra P
