Sorry all for being so late, busy at work....
What I had yesterday:
B: 1 oz cheese, 1 egg white
After 1 hr from eating I had my Archive One protein drink
S: 1 serving pack Joseph s/f cookies-Lemon (bariatriceating.com)
L: 3 oz grilled Salmon, 4 radishes
S: 1 String Cheese, 1 pk SmartFood Popcorn
D: 3 oz grilled chicken without skin, 1 corn on cob with pat of butter
S: 1 peach
Water: 50 oz water, 12 oz Diet coke
Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate
2 Centrum chewables
1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs
Exercise: n/a

Hey debra,
I've had a snack day. The whole day i preferred just to eat small snacks rather then a meal. Finally at dinner time, I sat down and ate a sandwich, but that was it.
So here's what i ate:
B: Atkins Shake 3 mini rice cakes
S: Sharp cheddar (2 oz)
L: 9 mini cheddar cheese rice cakes with 2 slices of american cheese on top, 2 cups of salad with regular ranch dressing.
S: Protein bar
S: 15 baby carrot sticks and a few tablespoons of ranch dressing
D: Tuna sandwich (1 6oz can of tuna and 4 tablespoons of Helmans real mayo)
S: 1 cup of carb freedom ice cream
S: Protein bar.
I don't usually eat like that and prefer to eat 6 mini meals a day, but at the same time everytime I went to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner absolutely nothing sounded good...lol. It's funny to have a house full of food, and not want any of it.
Tuna and cheese have become 2 of my favorite staples in my diet. Although I did like them preop, I enjoy them more post op, I wonder how much your tastes change 5 years out from surgery? If they go back to "normal"? I mean everytime i try pizza, I expect it to taste like it did preop and it doesn't taste the same. Actually, I have to admit, I really dont' like it anymore.

That is so funny you said something about the taste buds. i just said to my friend yesterday that everything i ate tasted sour!!!! i tried tuna on salad NOTHING i tried chicken pot pie NOTHING i tried my oatmeal NOTHING. so i guess your buds do change. I dont crave what i used to either that much other then the CARBS. some carbs not all. anyway thanks for sharing.

I've been really busy these past two weeks, sorry I havent' posted.
B - 1 slice of low cal whole wheat bread w/ 2 tablespoons of carb control skippy peanut butter
L - beef patty w/ mozz cheese and peporoni
S - Dale and Thomas natural popcorn
D - 3 broiled chicken wings
S - atkins icecream
Enjoy the day and just think tomorrow's friday.

Hello Debra,
I had a wierd eating day. Got very pukey after lunch and this eve my pouchy is sore, so all I want to eat is crackers and water.
B: Protein shake and coffee with low carb milk
L: Leftover chicken from last night
D: Saltines
56 oz water
vits, mins, etc
Better day tomorrow, I hope.
