How is everyone?

Hi everyone! I am very sorry that I have not been posting or to responding to others posts, I haven't been online in a while! I wish everyone who is about to have surgery nothing but the best and send you guys my well wishes! To all of my "old buddies" keep up all the hard work b/c (like Rob Schneider says), you can do it! Anyway, I have been doing ok. It does feel like I traded a whole set of problems for new ones though, oh well. BLAH! I have had to recieve Iron IV infusion b/c I am too anemic and also B1 drips. I started to develop neurological symptoms of B1 deficiency. I didnt know what the heck was wrong w/me. Dennis thought I was just really dehydrated and kept on bringing me water but it wasnt doing anything. Dennis said my eyes started rolling into the back of my head and my legs were twitching. My PCP said to head off to the hospital and off we went! They couldn't give out what was wrong until they did a MRI on head (and it isnt a size of a peanut like my brother says) which showed signs pointing to the deficiency. After a two days of getting B1 drips in the hospital, I felt better. I have to now follow up w/the neurologist (yes another doctor) now to make sure it doesnt get bad like that again. I know, not great news but at least it isnt bad. On a good note, our anniversary(and Dennis B-day, he will be 35--old fart!) is on the 27th! We wont really be doing anything considering we went from broke to broker (I know that isn't correct english gosh darn it!) but maybe see a movie that weekend. Hi Tavia, I see you're managing the best you can.Sorry to hear you have to get iron tranfusion,my sister also get iron tranfusion and I give her vitB12 shot.I'm doing well ,weight loss is little to neltch(bad speller).Still trying reach or lose 100lbs(4lbs away),i'm looking good though.Went to renal specialist today for checkup he took me off one HTN meds.Now I'm down to two medication yippee!!!!! Hey you ....I havent been around much either, life kind of gets in the way sometimes...I am happy to hear you are feeling better these days....the vitamin deficiencies should get better with time{and some drips } lol, ..Your a tough one hang in there.....YOur an inspiration to me and i know everyone else. WELL glad you posted. SORRY to learn of the vitamin B deficiency. I know i been to the nerologist so far all my tests came back fine and im do to go back. I been on nacobal (sniffing vit b12) for 2 months. MAYBE that has helped me. GOOD LUCK keep us informed. AND hope you do get to go see a movie for the upcomeing ocasion! WHAT do you think u might go see????? WHATs your son gonna be for HALLOWEEN, have you thought on that. MY little tyke is gonna be DIEGO (dora's cousin). Well glad you posted. (((HUG))))

Hi Lisa!! Thanks for the well wishes. I am sure everything will clear up w/time, you know? I want to see "The Departed". Have you seen that? It looks really good and I am a big fan of the director. My son wanted to be Diego as well! He loves that show b/c he is a huge fan of animals. He knows wants to be a police man(last year he was a fire man!). I already bought the outfit, so he cant change his mind again! Hee-Hee. Keep in touch you and feel good!

Hi Lisa, Wow you look GREAT in your new pic! Thanks for responding to me and thinking about me! How are the babies? I just read your post about having the pains. Upper left area is right where the pouch is. I have been told a ulcer usually feels like a burning pain. Maybe the bar was too much bulk and "got stuck". Good luck w/the scope and hopefully it is nothing! Take care and dont be a stranger around here! Feel good you.

Hi Tavia, It's nice to see your post regardless of the health news...this too will be corrected as time goes by!!! Happy Anniversary and Happy B'Day to Dennis! All is well. I see a "new" tritionist on Friday at Albany Med. Recent surgery Doc helped me with this appointment. This should get me back on track!!! Can't wait..
