Hello All ~hugs~ What I had yesterday..... B: 1 serving of the low sugar oatmeal L: 1 cup Homemade chicken soup with rice and overcooked veggies S: String cheese D: 2 oz grilled pork chop, 5 asparagus tips and some natural applesauce S: 3 Pretzel Rods Water: 100 oz water , 12 oz Crystal light Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate 2 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs Exercise: n/a Seems like my days are the same in eating until this tummy calms down. Hello Debra... I had - B: Lite & Fit Carb and Sugar Control Yogurt L: about 1/2 C Chili D: 1/2 Turkey Meatball and about 2 bites of turkey Suasage - Then up it all came... I do not know if it is the spaghetti sauce or what but this is the second time this has happened. The first time I thought it was from my hubby baking them instead of cooking them in the crock pot... I guess Turkey MB's in sauce are just off limits for me... Last night was the worst I have been sick so far... Felt like crap afterwards! Today I am trying Quiche Seems to be sitting well so far.... Lori, Hun it could have been the fat in the meatballs and sausage even if it was turkey they still can be very high in fat and yes the sauce has sugar in it for sure unless you have the carb control ones. Other then that sometimes the pouch just does not like all foods, seems strange at times and trying to figure it out is really hard some times. Thanks for posting hun ~hugs~ Debra P

ARe you feeling any better Debra? How long has it been since you've been sick now? Today: B: Protein shake S: couple handfuls of dried fruit and nuts L: meat chili with cheese Dinner will be chicken and veg 48oz water so far. Jazzercise class. It's that time of the month. I'm hoping when I get past the menstrual bloat, I'll pass the 100 pound wt loss line (and soon after that arrive in ONEder land). Jest waitin'.... xox Aim

Amy, Hey hun ~hugs~ it has been since last Wed so almost a week though I did have signs on last Monday and Tue (Halloween) I just hung around, just did not feel right. I feel a little better today but the fever is still hanging around but atleast it is low, now it at 99.4 not 103.3.....so I am glad. Yeah mine is coming soon as well... OH the joys of being a women... Well hurry up so you can come through the door to Onederland... Take care Debra P

Girl im glad to c u up and feeling better. I got your message yesterday and I was soooooooooo busy in and out. But im glad your feeling better. Its rainy here and yukkky.. That makes me want to munch all day. The scale moved finally. It said 202 as of this morning. And I have the curse so I guess that good. But I still inthe mind done think and feel it. I know one day I will. Anyway I love u and glad to see you on the site again we need you....Love u roni

Roni, Well some day hun you will call me back when I leave a message... Boy when you don't hear from me right away you get your panties in a wad! OK enough teasing you now.... Well the scale is only numbers hun so step away now, begin to learn that or else it will really upset you. I am trying to learn that it is not about the numbers but about the healthy eating but WOW it is so hard as we have ALWAYS thought that way, yeah know?..... chat soon hun, love ya Debra P

hi debra and everyone.. i havent been posting my eats but i will again soon. i went to my local support meeting last night and after it was over i told the social workeror what ever she is .... i do a protein shake for my breakfast and she was really sassy about it and said you are soppose to get your protein from food then she was like i dont want to talk to you . so i left... i was pretty down after that. others said that i lost and i have and i know i have done better since not doing my old habits. i did miss the 2 year group so this was just the reg. support meeting that alot of people is learning and waiting for there date. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. ............................. i always feel like i have no friends at these support meetings............. i had yeasterday was.... B- 1 scoop protein delite 1/2 cup skim milk 1/2 cup water L- 2 or 3 oz steak 1/2 baked potato ( our 1 year ann. dinner i picked steak from restuant) D- 1 cup beef stew forgot what i had for snacks 20 oz coffee not sure how much water have been slacking off the water... will start again...
