TGIF ALL ~hugs~ What I had yesterday..... B: 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1 hr later Archive One Protein Drink S: 4 oz cottage cheese L: 3 oz london broil w/veggies (leftover from dinner) S: String cheese D: Wendy's single with cheese, ketchup and pickles on plate (taken off bun) Had 5 fries before throwing them out of the car window while driving Felt good to take that control because I did not really want them but I had bummer of a day and I let that emotional eating get to me but this time I WON Making progress every day! Water: 65 oz water , 24 oz Diet Coke Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate 2 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs ADDING in some additional vit C = 500 mg Exercise: n/a You all have a great weekend Debra P

You go girl! Chuck those fries right out the window! Yesterday: B Whole wheat toast and 3 slices of cheese L: cottage cheese and pineapple S: skim milk latte, lg D: ceasar salad with chicken, 1/2 hunk of french bread ( ) 64 oz water, all vits, etc, 35 min treadmill Down 99 pounds. It's like chinese water torture trying to get to that 100 pounds. xoxox Amy

Amy, Hun just say you are there because we can float between 5 lbs just because we ARE women.. I will say NOW that YEAH you have reached the Century Mark and are part of the Century Club... Yeah I think others must have thought I was weird to throw a full Med fries right out the window. O well... Take care Debra P

Hi Debra and all, Well not sure if you saw my post from the other day on "what did you eat" well at my wls support meeting the social worker or whoever she is yelled at me for having a protein shake for breakfast.......... since then i just dont know what to do and am having a hard time understanding all this stuff.. she did make me feel down and she wouldnt even talk to me so i left... here is what i had yesterday B-1 scambled egg with 1 slice cheese L- 1 cup Mom's homemade soup 1 slice homemade white bread S- 1 string cheese D- 2 hard shell taco's hamburger,lettuce,tomato, cheese,sour cream had dinner at hubbys son's house S- 1/2 cup sf strawberry jello 80 oz. water 20 oz. coffee exercise- crunches rny~aug.28,2003 270/179/150 surgery/today/goal

Anita, I can not believe she would even act that way, I for one would not put up with that and I would have reported her! My best advise for you is to go see an Nutrionist and get a proper eating plan from one that knows about the needs of a WLS person. Look and call around it will help I am sure. Debra P

Hi Anita! You have to do what's right for y ou...if you feel a protein shake is something you would like to have then you have one. You're going to let someone who doesn't know you well tell you that you did wrong? Come on sugar you're doing fine! Hvae a great night, ANDI
