2 yrs. out but now skin problems HELP!!
Hi all: I am 2 yrs out and since the summer I am fighting skin breakdonw. Under my breasts and under the abdominal panel its red and itchy. At times it quiets down then it flares up. I have areas that are open but not oozy. My top eyelids are itchy too. My hands are also affected and splitting. The doctor gave me Ketoconazole cream 2%. But its not working. Has anyone else had this problem?? What did your doctor give you that worked. I am embarrassed to be intimate because it looks so horrible.
If you know of something I should add to my diet which may help, please please
let me know.

Fat soluable vits (A/D/E/K) can be a piece of the dry/cracking skin and we malabsorb them/fats somewhat. Do you take a multi? Do you take any fish oil suppliments? Many swear by the coromega www.coromega.com ....But there could be other causes, such as thyroid issues or other medical concerns. The cream is for yeast but that may not be the only thing going on...if it doesn't clear consider a dermatologist consultation. Could be psoriasis, eczema etc under the yeast?

What is the water/fluid and food intake in a typical day. Are you using harsh soaps?
