Looking for a support post op lap band surgery on Long Island

Hi, I am scheduled to have my lap band surgery next Thursday , Feb. 8th.. I am looking for a good post op support group to join after I heal.. I live on the Island in Bellmore, NY.. I am sooo nervous and excited at the same time!! Thanks, Annette
