Capital Region support group, Hudson, NY

Hello all! It's been a while since I've posted. I'm doing quite well, down 100 lbs in 8 months, I have about 20 to go to be "normal". Honestly if I stopped losing now I'd be happy! I'm wondering if anyone out there is attending Dr. Pearlstein's support group in Hudson, NY and when it's occuring? I haven't attended in a while and would like to. Renee

The support meeting with Dr Pearlstein is the first Monday of every month at 4:30. That is the group I usually go to but I have to admit I have not been in a couple of months but will be going Monday. Linda
