Thank You Maryellen!!!!

Just wanted to say "thanks" to Maryellen for having the foresight to bring our Long Islanders together last night!! It was great to meet everyone; and for those of you who were unable to join us hopefully you'll be able to make it the next time we meet. Thanks again, Maryellen!!! Can't wait till next month. I guess you never emailed me about this meeting? I remember you contacting me when you had first mentioned about trying to start it up at some room in Panera Bread. I never got any further notification. Did you forget me? I am not always on OH, I am way too busy to check it daily.

Hi Patricia, So sorry you missed the meeting. I posted it on three different days as reminders over the last several weeks. You are more than welcome to come to our next one, Tuesday, 6/19 @ 7:00pm in the backroom of Panera on Sunrise Highway in Bohemia. I know all too well what it is to be busy..I work f/t, have a husband, 2 children, take 3 classes at college every semester, Member at Large for SMBA, elderly parents that I tend to, and my list goes on and on......Support is needed for the key to our continued success, so try to make the next one or feel free to email me for future dates. Yes, actually I have. Along with one of the gals from the support group that we did attend about an hour away. She had Lap RNY and me with the lap band. I think we could do it. She is going to speak with the doc about the possibility!!! This gal lives in my hometown! Would make it nice!
