Hello All, ~hugs~ Just checking in to see how you all are doing with your exercise goals for the week? I have done the treadmill 2 times this week and plan on tomorrow as well to meet the 3 times. I think I will need to step it up some as I have not moved on the scale at ALL I know with doing the exercise it is not about the scale any more but wow that piece of metal can sure kick ya butt Well I know I am getting stronger so that has to be a good thing right. Let me know how you all are doing with your exercise goals???? Debra P

Miss Deb: Can I say how awesome your new picture is.....You look marvalous....Keep up the good work. As for me, I go to Body Pump Classes on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Awesome work-out with weights & music. A lot of toning going on.....Lord only knows I have a LOT to tone. On my off days, at least twice a week, I'm doing 2 miles of walking. A couple of Sundays ago I did a 3.8 mile walk. How great to have energy when you're done doing that. I'll be 6 months out on the 5th of June and down a total of 80 lbs from my highest...Yeah As always, thanks for your support..... Hugs Peggy

Hey Deb, Its been a while for me, but I have finally got into a workout routine and thought it would be helpful to join in the weekly check in! Tuesday I rode 16 miles on my bike. Wed- Cardio and weights Today-Cardio and weights My goal is 5 days a week. My Advise is, DONT WEIGH YOURSELF ANYMORE! Its discouraging, and muscle weighs more then fat! Kimmy

I have made it to the gym so far twice this week and worked out for an hour between treadmills and circuit! TONIGHT (god willing) will be night three!!!!! hope the weekend brings lots of sunshine and maybe a bike ride with the kids will get me more excerise as well!
