Hi All, I don't post here much anymore, but I needed to vent today! So thanks in advance for listening! So I had an anchor cut TT w/ muscle repair and lipo 12 weeks ago today! I had lost about 7lbs after surgery and was thrilled, b/c it brought me to -110lbs since my Gastric Bypass 23 months ago. So I hadn't been weighing myself on a regular basis and I had noticed I had been getting a bit softer in spots. So I get on the scale today and I had gained 4lbs back since PS!!!!!!!!! FUDGE!!! I weighed in at 162! DAMN IT! I haven't been working out like I was before my surgery. I was a regular at my gym 3 - 5 times a week. Now I have only been about 3 or 4 times since surgery. Minus a few walks in Central Park which were all 3+ mile walks, but not enough! So today I turn over a new/ old leaf! Back to the basics! All protein, no carbs (bye bye baked chips and pretzels) and I went to the gym this morning. BTW, thrilled w/ my TT results! I love my new flatter tummy! I love my surgeon and I am a happy camper about everything but the weight gain which is all my own fault! Ok, thanks for listening, just had to kick my own butt a little!!! Ilyssa

Morning, Ilyssa! My god, girl you've done awesome! I can't imagine there's one person who hasn't or won't fluctuate a few pounds. You've put your cap back on with a great attitude to up the protein and exercise!!! I think you're terrific and a great inspiration for me!!!!!

Ilyssa, That is a great idea hun, back to the basics. It seems to do the trick most of the time, taking charge is all good. Congrats about the TT going well, I am just starting to think about the PS end of things and hoping to have a consult sometime this year. Take care and keep us posted on your progress Debra P
