OK - I love these things....mine is boring just due to my pre-surgery (next Monday!)  1. What types of food did you eat this week? Liquids - protein drink, soups, smoothies, with maybe a cup of veggies (lettuce) just to chew.  2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Not much -- (does a stress test count?)   I do some walking in the city for right now. 3. How much weight did you lose this week? Total loss? All of it - I'm never happy with a little bit (gotta work on that).  Just starting off and I'm down about 2.5 pounds on liquids from Monday. 4. What was your biggest challenge? This week?  Just the planning of liquids.  5. Have you begun your bathing suit shopping? Any difficulties? What's your experience? NO -- That'll have to be next year. *Fun bonus question: Name 3 goals you'd like to accomplish over the next year? 1.  Wear some of my "skinny" clothes (22/24) 2.  Sit comfortably in air plane seat 3.  Stop taking my meds.

. What types of food did you eat this week? I had steak, steamed veges, WW and Healthy Choice frozen dinners for lunch, cheez sticks and my worst enemy whole wheat honey pretezels.  can't get enough danger danger danger. oh and Ice cream pops made with splenda by Blue bunny only 80 calories no fat. oh every morning I have one vanilla flavored ice coffee from Dunkin Donuts w/ skim milk and splenda 2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Every day I do 30 minutes on the eliptical, 15 minutes on the bike and alternate every other day w/ free weight training legs and arms.  I also walk for 45 minutes at lunch time out and about around the Seaport downtown manhattan. 3. How much weight did you lose this week? Total loss?  0 total loss 80 pounds 4. What was your biggest challenge? My biggest challenge is getting rid of the everyday habit of eating those damn pretzels.  It used to be animal crackers but that has more fat.  I should just stop buying them but that won't solve it.  I have to learn moderation. 5. Have you begun your bathing suit shopping? Any difficulties? What's your experience? Yes, I'm really small at the bottom and large (D barely) at the top.  I have a hanging belly from two kids and excess weight.  I'm muscular all around but my boobs hang (hate it) my inner thighs need work and my belly but that's it!!! *Fun bonus question: Name 3 goals you'd like to accomplish over the next year? Finish my last 6 credits in september for my BA move onto my MA GET a new job.   I woke up 6:00 a.m. this morning and went roller blading.  Can't tell you how many people wake up this early to exercise it's insane!  Well I'm off to the gym to do cardio and then I'm taking my two toddlers to coney island beach by myself (am I nuts?).
