Hey New Yorkers
Here are my answers... 1. chicken salad, lots and lots of cheese cubes, tacos, london broil, meatballs, turkey burger, bacon, egg whites, ricotta with spenda, crackers, bananas, oranges, grapes, pickles, various nuts by the handfuls, sugar free pudding. 2. I went to the gym 2 times and now my doc is telling me not to exercise (I fell and sprained my wrist and have back and neck spasms****il further notice, YIKES!!! 3. Approximately 1 pound, down total 106 lbs!!!!
4. My biggest challenge was the buffett table at work this week.
5. yes, and although I can fit into a single digit size, my thighs have excess skin and I still look horrific in a bathing suit! ( I need to find a long wrap, whats with those wraps that barely cover your bottom?) Bonus: 1. I'd lilke to complete my undergraduate degree. 2. I'd like to begin my graduate degree. 3. I'd like to ride a horse and go hot air ballooning! Maryellen:)

1. Cheese sticks, protein shakes, tacos, quesadillas, talapia fish, beef jerky, lots of fluids, sugar free pudding, handfuls of nuts, popcorn, sugar free popsicles, cheese cubes w/ wheat thins
2. Bike riding a few days this week, trying to park further away from the building each day.
3. 1lb, total 90lbs since surgery, 50 more to go.
4. getting in all my fluids and enough protein, that is my downfall this week.
5. not quite yet. but i've looked, just not tried anything on yet.
BONUS: 1. go back to school to finish my degree. 2. go camping with my family. 3. get to my goal weight and stay there :)
FUN BONUS: I try new foods all the time, so this won't be hard :)
