Monday Exercise Weekly Goals

I hope you all had a great weekend. I know mine was filled with more house stuff! We installed a new double door in the basement to replace the garage door. Looks awesome but WOW what hard work! I got hubby up early on Sat morning and we peddled the bikes a little, that was a good workout so that is good.
Debra, your an inspriation to me and I would imagion to all that read your posts. I look all the time to see what you have accomplished. Your doing great with everything you do, keep up the good work. Wish I was doing half as good as you. Still have my orginal 110 pounds off but would like to go down another 20. Dr is happy where I am, but for self satifaction I want to go farther. Going to my support meeting today since I haven't been in a while. Thanks for all your good words you post, makes me think. I would like to incorporate the stationary bike into my exercise. So today I started out with 20 minutes hoping to increase over the next few weeks. I think that I need to change things up a bit, but in the meantime be mindful of the knee that was operated on last year.

But changing thing up is a good thing and I have to keep doing that every couple of weeks!
My knees hurt me sometimes as well so I have to be careful to not overdue things also. I do not want have a problem in the future!
