First of all 3 weeks out you shouldn't be eating chicken I didn't eat it till about 6 months out. At 3 weeks I was eating 1/4 of a single serving of non fat cottage cheese per meal. Something I found out was (my daughter had the surgery a yr before me) Is I really was not hungry I just thought I was. I drank water all day and evening. And sometimes I would eat baby food fruits But I really don't think you should be on that food yet. I am 2 yrs out and lost 100 lbs. Please feel free to e-mail me if you would like to talk more. This may sound really stupid but first I would tell you that if this is still happening, seek medical attention. Now here is my stupid reply. On Tuesday, the 5th I was working in NJ with co-workers who flew in from our Buffalo office the day before and they all got a stomach virus/flu thing... So just a thought, but seeing where you live and they are from your area-- perhaps there is a viral infection in the air at this time?  Either way, you should watch for signs and symptoms of dehyrdation. Dry lips, headache, tired/lethargic and other things... best to call your doc if you ar not sure. Good luck to you.
