It's been a while
Hi everybody,
I have not been on or posted in quite a while so, I thought it was time to catch up. I am now 5 months post op. I am feeling good but seem to be more tired lately. Is this common? My surgeon did call and say that some of my vitamin levels were low. I will see him on Wednesday. I am hoping that once he tells me what to take to get my levels back on track, My energy will return.
I thankfully, have not lost my hair...yeah!!! I was terrified. I teach Middle School. Can you imagine how 8th graders would react to a bald teacher. I can just hear the creative nicknames they would come up with in my head already.
I was wondering if any of you remeber and would be willing to share how much weight you had lost at the 5 month point. I feel like I am in a little plateau and I don't like it. At least I hope it is a plateau. This can't be it!!! I have been bouncing the same pound and half around for almost two weeks......ahhhhhhhh!!!!! I hope the Dr. is not mad when I go see him. I lost 15pounds pre op and have lost another 65 since. That is 80 total since January. Is that normal??? Should it be more???? Help...please!!! Thanks!!! Kier

I am one month post op and I had a little more energy before surgey. and it is quite common to feel alittle tired try and once aday performance it works for me or a energy (their pills). as for weight loss everybody is different and for some it take slonger to lose the weight than others. The fact that you are losing weight sould be a good note of progress.
