Hi again. I'm resting & sipping, resting & sipping, getting in my protein drinks, and eating at least 2 meals a day. (cottege or ricotta ch. w/mashed banana or w/hot cereal. took a walk around the block today, the longest I've taken.

Last night I was in so much pain, I called the doc. I was sure I'd have to go back in. Dr.Holover reviewed all my symptoms very carefully. He thought it might be my bowels starting to function and doubled my med dosage. Halleluhah, blessed relief. Now I'm mostly on the regular dose. This morning the pain was burning for a little while, and realized it was exactly where my lap band port was. Interesting.

How could I ever have thought of going to work on Monday? Dr. Garber should have a 2-week minimum. I can't even wear anything without looking 7 months pregnant between the drains & the bandages. (the bandages are just around the drains, but you really have to pack them on!)

I'll post again soon. Have a great weekend, everyone.

Hi Lori. Yup, Thursday. We got so close, my roommate made my appointment when she made hers. What time will you be there?
