Anyone have Dr Homan or Dr. Philip Weber???

I am trying to find a Dr that is close to my friend who is about 40 mins north of White Plains.  She is wanting to have the Lap Band done and Im not finding a lot of info in Dr in that area.  Please let me know if you know anything about them and if they do the lapband. Thanks  Barbara

Sadly Dr Homan isn't doing much of anything anymore as he was killed in a plane crash about a year or so ago.  Can't answer your question about Weber.  Good luck and God bless.
