well, it went very well i would say.  The doc certainly didn't mess around.....he was quick...to the point....and very honest.   When we talked about my current diet and food habits he was very critcal, and i was crying by the end of it...  but he was right...and i'm glad he said what he did.   He told me i was good to go AFTEr I see the nutricianist.....so I'll be making an appt with her next week.   I'm much relieved....it was stressful...and i felt exhausted when i left...but he made some very good points and i'm excited to meet with the nutricinist.    Thanks everybody!!! hi my friend:  sounded just like my appt.!!!!!!!!!!! now, it is over and you are good to go....for me, that appt. was the most stressful .......we are ona roll nowhugs, christina
