Monday Healthy Check In's

Morning All ~hugs~
Well once again a Monday morning and I am not off to work! Well I am getting things done around here that needed to be done but I just did not have the time so I guess that is a good thing.
My Healthy Check in:
1. Down 6.5 lbs on my new eating plan (South Beach Plan) and I am doing good on this, I have this last week on the 1st Phase and then onto Phase 2 which I will be on until I hit my goal.
2. Drinking 2-3 liters of water a day. (about 64-96 oz water), reduced my Diet Coke a LOT. I might have a couple of sips from a 20 oz bottle per day. I have not purchased Diet Coke in bulk anymore, I want some I will get a 20 oz size.
3. On the bad side I have not exercised since I have been out of work. I just do not have the umphhhh to get this done and I am working hard on getting myself onto my treadmill again. I have not been to the gym since it is close to where I used to work and that drive is about 45 mins. (Not wanting to spend the gas since I am not working) though I do have stuff at home I can be doing but I just have to get my mind BACK into the work outs!!! As others have said: "Just do it" though I am finding that hard still.
OK who is next????? Give the good, bad and the ugly.

Awesome about the South Beach plan working so well for you! I did hear it was a great plan, a life style!
I think I'm drinking about 2 liters a day, mixed with Crystal Light of course. Once in a while I drink plain water, not often though.
I had plans to return to CURVES today. Ug, after the man smashed into my car
, my neck is sore, so will probably wait until later in the week to see how I feel. Always something.
I weigh in at home tomorrow and at the doc's
Wednesday. I've been "stuck" at 192 for about a month. Need to figure out a routine for making sure my body is "flushed out". I think having a movement every 5 days is probably not helping. Other than that...LIFE IS GRAND!

I am glad to hear the scale moved for you as well.
I try to make my 2 liters ONLY water and then the other can be Crystal Light or Caffeine free Diet Coke (so small now). I know all the fake sweetner is not really great for anyone so I try at least.

Yeah start slow and even some lemon or lime in it helps, some time I just crave the water now but others I love the lemon and lime in it.
Yeah I was bad and started back on that evil stuff but now I have limited myself and feel so much better about it. It is one of those crazy things for me.

Okay for me, I just got back and I am still at 74 pounds down. I got a fill today. I feel great.
I drink about a gallon of water a day...box and am walking everyday. Everyother day I am usinga 12 pound sledge hammer to break up an old foundation to the barn I took donw. I am so active it scares me.
I think the ugly is that I need to try other foods and not just stick to what I know works. Switch it up some.
