Testing, testing...
Morning to my loverlies...well, I took my son to college yesterday.
He's a Sr. living with his g/f and one of their best girlfriends. OMG their apt. is incredible.
If I can figure out how to send pics from my phone, I'll post some here. Anyway, in the past when he's left home I have found myself finding comfort in food and not much of anything else. Guess what?! I have no desire to jump into old behaviors.
As a matter of fact, I cleared out the fridge, freezer and cupboards/pantry.
The only thing left in my home is what I should be eating/drinking! In the past I have had a huge melt down (sobbing) after leaving him in Cortland at school. It was quite weird...I shed literally a few tears. I am so happy for him (and his g/f) and so happy with where my life is right now,
I am doing great!
Off to the market!
and maybe the fair tomorrow!
Is anyone going to the NYS Fair?
If so, when? I can get free tickets for Labor Day...
Smoocheroonies
Cheri, this is all wonderful news! I'm very happy things are going so well for you and that you aren't as distraught over your son not being there. It's much easier to be happy for him which in turn makes you more happy. Hard to get to that place, I know, but I'm glad you are there!
I'm loving all the amazing changes in everyone self image on here.
Don't think we are going to the fair but we haven't totally decided yet.
Keep up the great work, Cheri!
Congratulations Cheri!! You are doing awesome!! I take my daughter to school today, so I know exactly what you mean. This is only her second year. My son has already graduated from college and has worked one year at his job. It is hard as they move on in their lives. I am proud of you for not giving in to old habits. I also have a different outlook as I send my baby. We are on our way too!!!!

It's a HOTTIE!!!!!! Phew the market was hot...not sure we'll get the t-storm, but at this moment, I'd welcome it!
I scream every morning when I look in the mirror!
Some days louder than others!
I feel kinda schizophrenic!
LOL
Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
