Today's the BIG day!
Hi everyone.
I am getting ready to leave for the hospital in a little while. My surgery is set for 11:00am this morning. 
Thank you everyone for all the kind words of support and encouragement you have left me. 
You are all a source of inspiration for those of us just starting out.
Don't forget to save me (and my friend Larenma) a seat on the loser's bench! We'll be there later this afternoon.

Hi Lisa,
I am so excited for you!!!! I want to wish you a texbook surgery and a speedy recovery. Be a good little patient because they expect us nurses to be a bunch of you know whats lol lol. Don't turn on or off you own equipment like I did hee hee or pull out your own IV they don't lilke that too much. Anyway I hope you and laurenma are roomies. You will walk the laps together keep us posted on your progress and enjoy the ride see ya at the next meeting.
