I am home too!!!
I just wanted to say Hi & let everyone know I was home & that everything went very well!! The pain hasn't been too bad & I have some good drugs to take later so maybe I can get some sleep in my quiet house!!
I will write more tomorrow I am sure!! Thanks for all of your well wishes & prayers, they really meant a lot!!!

Quite honestly, you may not need them (drugs). I only got a script for Tylenol with codeine and then was too afraid to take them because my gf told me they might constipate me!! That was the last thing I wanted to have to do is PUSH in my condition....lol You can always try Extra Strength Tylenol OTC if you experience any discomfort. I'm sure stronger meds are just a phone call away to your surgeon if you need them. He/she could phone-in something for you. Your doctor obviously doesn't mind being woken up in the middle of the night if he forgot to prescribe something for you....lol
TrishA friend of mine suggested Liquid Tylenol PM which is what I'm going to try tonight. I don't really have much pain which is good! Who knows...maybe he thought I didn't need it and I do have to admit that I told him other than the gas pains I was pretty good. Can you spell F-O-R-G-E-T-F-U-L? I've been that way a lot since the surgery.

Thanks everyone!! I am not doing too bad!! The pain hasn't been too bad (I have a pretty good threshold for pain which everyone noticed in the hospital since I rarely used my pump). But I will say that sometimes my left side hurts more than I want to put up with especially when I am trying to get up out of the chair or bed!! I try only to take one pill & will wean myself down to tylenol tomorrow. No sense suffering too much!!
Everything else seeoms to be going good!!! No problems with the liquid intake - I just have to verify a few things with the doc's office today. They told me to hold off a few days on vitamins & protein & I'll be darned - I can't find my note I wrote it down on. I see them weds but I don't want to wait any longer than I should!!
I have family coming in tonight for the weekend!! I can't wait!!! My 3 yr old niece is coming armed with her dr kit ready to take care of me!!! If she makes me laugh too much I am in trouble!!! 
She's just too cute!!! She's excited about having a "sleep over" at my house!!! The distraction will be nice!!!
Well, I am off to get more to drink & find something mindless to watch on tv!!!
