when you did your prepo testing at sisters....how long did it take?   i forgot to ask them....and i have to let my boss know how long i'll be out for that day.... its the blood work, chest xray and the ekg. thanks!!!

I was there for just  about an hour and  a half.

I went for mine and there were a couple other people waiting for their pre-op, but I was only there just over an hour.

I would give it 2 hours...depends on how many are there, etc.  Once its your turn it goes fast.  Good Luck...you are in the downhill stretch! Rosemary

I went the week before surgery, mid morning appt. and was there about an hour. I wouldn't think you'd need more than a couple off from work. If you're local. I am in Jamestown, NY and took the whole day off.

The ladies are right, figure and hour and a half to 2 hours.  I was in the waiting room longer than the actual tests. Good luck
