I lost 22 inches!!
Hi everyone! It has been a long time since I have posted. I had a rough start after my surgery on 9/11/07, but I am finally feeling back to normal.
Yesterday, I took my measurements for the first time since the day before my surgery. I was so excited to find that I had lost a total of 22 inches, including 7 off my hips and 5 off my waist!! 
I am so happy that I had to share my excitement with all of you!!
I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving and is busy preparing for the upcoming holidays. I have much more energy then I did last year at this time, so the holiday prep is easier for me this year. Stay happy and healthy this holiday season!

Congrats on your inches lost! I found the INCHES lost to be VERY motivating and so EXCITING! Sometimes - It was especially helpful when the scale didn't show much of a loss - the inches were VERY REWARDING as were SMALLER sizes! Try to control yourself with shopping - you are going to be going through sizes pretty quick now- enjoy it! bUT SAVE YOUR $$$$ for a new wardrobe "at goal"

yeah. ya know since dr h fixed my stricture... i can eat ANYTHING!
its actually scary..
oh............and im not a dumper ..............however most sweets taste TOOO sweet now. i hope it always stays that way
we need to get together someday and have coffee or something!
