It was kind of nice to see Dr. Pam Gallagher today...she did my abdominalplasty 2 years ago, but I didn't appreciate her "pushing" her diet thing 
She should have talked more about plastic surgery options for the post-op patient!

Welcome home!!!! Glad to hear everything went well!!!
I walked at home too my first days back... not in circles but I darn near wore a path out from one end of my apt to the other!!!! Don't overdo it but try to get up once an hour while you are awake!!!! I purposely drank from a small glass so I'd have to get up more often to fill it... one of the "perks(?) of living alone!!
