Yah today was a gloomy day , but my surgery is 9 days away and i have been kickin my butt to eat right(which was hard today sence my other half was home, but i didnt have any sugars or junk,,) when i was hungry i made mixed  veggies.............but back to working out...... on Exercise on demand there is the biggest looser work outs...and i have faithfully been doing them sence wed. when dr moon told me i had to loose 7lbs , and they kick my fat butt, try them.... if ur a biggest looser fan u will enjoy it.....

I finally got off my lazy @## and started useing my ab lounger and resistance bands....I tend to get lazy with exercise in the winter months...do alot of stair climbing at work and alot of walking in the city but no structured exercise so im getting back on track again.  Today is day 3....

Okay, so I'm a couple days late for posting...I had a full cc fill today, went to PT and used the treadmill for 15 minutes at 3.7 mph and 10% incline, came home and took the pup for a 30 minute walk.  I'm BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK
