Yippiiiii!! I finally cleared the 100 pound mark!! Do a happy dance!! I thought that 1/4 pound would never budge it stayed with me for a whole week then left and took 2 pounds with it!! Well... off to work, and then to the gym!! Hugs!! Sky

CONGRATS!! just remember to keep on keeping on!!

201 pounds lost since surgery!! And I'm 2 1/2 inches taller too!!

And YES I still eat Carbs and Fats but I know what portion control is!!
