Hi everyone! As of this morning, I am no longer OBESE!!

I have never been happier to be "overweight" in my life. I had to share my joy and excitement with all of my friends here.These past 6 months have been an unbelievable journey. Thank you to everyone who has been there to help me get through the ups and downs of life after WLS. Hugs, Lisa

YEAH!! Congrats and keep on keeping on!!

201 pounds lost since surgery!! And I'm 2 1/2 inches taller too!!

And YES I still eat Carbs and Fats but I know what portion control is!!
