Hooray ....I'm normal!!!

Hi everyone! When I got on the scale this morning, I weighed 159 which puts my BMI in the "NORMAL" range for the first time in ages!!! I have lost a total of 126 pounds in a little over 9 months!! I have 9 more pounds to lose to reach my goal! I cannot believe what an unbelievable ride this past 9 months have been. Even with all my setbacks and complications, having this surgery was the best thing that I ever did! I would do it again in a NY second! Thank you to everyone on this forum for all your support and encouragement! You are all part of the reason that I am "normal" (at least my BMI is!!) today. Hugs, Lisa

I'm so happy for you Lisa.       You're giving me the inspiration to work harder to lose my final few lbs.  With all the crap going on, my eating's been less than stellar.   You go girl!!!!!!!! How are you feeling since your last procedure?

I am so happy that your weight is now considered normal, before starting this journey, it was a goal that seemed so far out of reach.  I am so happy for you.  I am not sure if I have had a normal BMI since I was 2 years old! Hopefully in 7 more months I will also be able to make this statement.

Good for you...i am only a 33 pound away.  I have lost 93 and it has been 4 months.  i am so happy for you...I am sure you look and feel greatKeep up the good work
