5 More weeks till WLS

.... and i'm doing good. I'm cool about having a 12in cut and some dude with his hands inside me but i'm freaking out about having an IV in my hand and a catheter in me when i wake up I keep having a dream every couple of days were i wake up in the Hospital with an air tube in me, and i have a (I shave my head everyday) i turn on the TV and it's a year later but i feels like i just went in for WLS just a second ago. (Come to find out i was in a coma for a year) I have a couple of women in my life (My GF and my Work Partner) and everytime i have this dream one or both of them are in the room with me. Alicia (My Partner at WORK) tells me because i'm freaking out( Which i'm not) weird. Just thought i'd share this with the group.

Dwight you are almost there! The dreams are normal...this is a huge step. I am very happy for you. Cant wait to see you on the loosing side! LisaMarie

Hi Dwight, I had all kinds of wierd dreams right before surgery. I dont think it would be normal not to be a little nervous. You will do great and be on the loosing side in not time!!! Michelle

Dwight, Hun that is normal so don't stress yourself over it....this is a major step in take control of OUR lives! This will change your life for sure and I know for myself it was the one of the BEST things I would have done for ME! I wish you all the best hun DO not worry about the IV or the catheter, they are both really nothing to stress over, trust me because I DID It was really nothing because you wake up with the catheter in. Pulling it is NOTHING....and I know I was glad to have it so I did not have to run to the potty all night long. Well I wish you all the best! Debra P
