second opinion surgeon

Hello everyone! Ok this is where I am at now. I am seeking another opinion on my situation. I want to be 110% sure that my surgeon and I are making the right decision in what to do. I have much respect for my surgeon but I would like to have someone elses take on this situation who is not so involved. These surgeons(Cooperstone, Garber, Fielding and Gagner ) all said the would be happy to give me their opinion. I don't want to see other surgeons, just one of these. I dont care if he is 'nice' or not, I already have a surgeon for a best friend, I dont need another one. I know some of these surgeons are really good surgeons but I need someone who is open to understanding my mess/complications, you get me? I do not need to be blown off or thought of as crazy. I would greatly appreciate any info on which one I should choose given my situation. Good or bad comments are both welcome. Please email me privately. I certainly do not want to be running around to every surgeon in New York asking for their opinion, I am in no mood or shape for that. I am not looking for a new surgeon but an objective opinion. After so much time passing since my initial surgery and with four surgeries afterwards, I think you can understand that I would like to find a solution to relieving of my problems as much as they can be. Tavia, Whomever you decide to speak with will be a 2nd and 3rd opinion that you didn't have before. Dr. Garber is the only one I know and he is very experienced, however, the decision is yours to make. If you do see him, try to get the first appointment in the day, otherwise you may be waiting awhile... We love you and pray for your good health, Linda
