A Tiny Update!!!!

Hello All, I hope everyone is doing well. I have been terribly busy lately, thats the reason why I havent been posting. Well I have lost 144 pounds so far while on this journey, and I only been on this journey for a little less than 8 months. I am getting terrific results. I feel much better now that I am a little lighter. But anyway I have had four fills. I am up to 10.6 ccs on my Vanguard Band. Its has been a wonder experience so far.
