Karen, Well we all have times like that for sure, just get back as best as you can. I found that when I added the exercise in the mornings before work I stuck to it better then saying I will do it when I get home from work, I was just to tired. Of course with the move my treadmill is still at the apartment until the office is done so I will have to keep doing the work around the house of offset that. take care Debra P

Deb, Congrats on the house. Sorry I've been neglecting the boards, work and home have been nuts. Especially work, I didn't get home last night until almost 9pm and tomorrow's going to be the same. B - 1 scrambled egg w/ 1 slice of cheddar cheese and 1 breakfast sausage link. 2 calcium citrate L - 4 oz of roast pork, 1 oz of boiled yuca and 1 small piece of advacado (sp) 1 hair and nail vitamine 1 prenatal vitamin D - 4 oz of pepper steak and 1 oz of brown rice (first time I've had rice since Oct. '05 and it was just okay nothing to rave about, really don't miss it thought i would) 1 iron Fluid intake was great - 32 oz of water, 9 oz of nestley frui****er (it is great my new thing, it comes in lemon, raspberry, orange and strawberry, a case in BJ's is like $7.00, my kids love it also, so no more soda in the house for them) and 16 oz of diet snapple. The scale is at a stand still again (211.6), but the inches are definatly comming of my size 18 skirts have been taken in a couple of inches, and by 20 pants are getting big, can't wait to see sizes 16 and 14 hopefully by vacation time. Since I haven't been around I hope everyone is doing much better in all their health battles my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Pat 303/211.6/140

Deb, I simply love the Viactive chocolate calcium! I dont care if they are the 'wrong' type of calcium they are just too yummy. They are the closest thing to chocolate that i can eat! Yesturday I bought a new box. I was taking it out of the grocery bag and I started to get so happy b/c I forgot I bought one. I was going, "yummy calcium tootsie roll!" My husband was looking at me like I was nuts. I gave him one to try and he said it tasted like a$$. Oh he just doesnt understand about yummy viactive! I do the twinlab calciums as well so no need for me to worry anyway! Take care. Tavia

Tavia, Yeah I love them too. I eat 2 of those a day and 4 of the Twinlab Chewables, I just could not stand or afford to take 8 of those Twinlab a day though they are almost like candy to me as well. I purchased the choc ones from Bariatriceating.com but I do not know where they are, I remember seeing them when they came in but after that I do not have a clue now... Take care Debra P
