Ok what I had yesterday:
B- 8 oz carb control milk (at work I had the Atkins low carb protein shake)
1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
S- string cheese, 12 green grapes
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
L- 2 oz grilled Chicken w/some noodles (butter and garlic)
1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
S- 6 oz stallone pudding with 2 tsp ground flax seed
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
D- Cheese from 1 slice of pizza (also had ground beef on it)
1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
S- 8 grapes, some nacho chips with salsa (munches while painting
)
At bed time I had the last chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
*Supplements: 2000 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12.
*Water Intake: 50 oz water, 12 oz Diet Coke, 10 oz crystal light
*Excercise: fixing and working around the house

Morning Debra!
I have been preoccupied, if you follow my postings on the main message boards you might know (Dawn Patrol) I went to Pouhkeepsie last night with my girlfriend to be in a music video, in the audience at DCCC,
only to find out its tonight at 7p. Want to go with me? She can't go.
What I ate:
B: banana
coffee
protein shake
L tuna on toast
D cup of New England Clam Chowder
Broiled Srimp appetizer
S a few ritz bits w/pb
iron, Calcium Citrate, multi vit

Hey there you are... ~Hugs~ I do not get to read the main board to much but that is just awesome about the music video.
I wish I had the time right now to go, things are so busy with the house and all.

Just wanted to say hi!!!! Hope all is well with you...I really need to track what I eat...I have gotten a bit lazy with that (maybe why I'm at a stall)......I cant remember what I ate yesterday!!!! I do think I'm testing my limits a bit too much...I'm so afraid I'll fall into some bad habits. I really need to get back on track.

Hello hun ~Hugs~ Yeah I know what you mean about testing your limits and it is very scary for me as well. I do not want to fall back into them either so I am hoping posting what I eat might help but I am not sure.
You should post it everyday with us and it might just help.
If ya can not remember what you eat then just say what you will have that day! Anything that might help.

B-scrambled egg with cheese half banana
S-coffee with protein
L-slice of very thin crust pizza
S-coffee with protein
D-meatloaf with an apple
S-half banana and some goldfish
