Hi Carol, Thanks for the encouragement.. You are doing well also congrats!!!! I have found many ways to doctor the medifast.... Like for example i use the bananna extract with the chocolate and it tastes great. I use other extracts too like cherry. But Carol I have to say hate the vanilla flavored shakes, i gag and throw up everythime i smell one of them... what flavor are you fond of? I think I saw you one day at the office. Big waiting room chairs huh? comfy too.... In the past I have read your weightloss journey pages, when you spoke of the trouble you were having with your daughter. hope all is better now. Im so excited for you and will pray for you. If u ever get discoraged and need a friend just let me know ok? As far as loseing 66 pounds well i managed to do that while eating the one meal at night.. Hi Becca, Thanks for the best wishes ! I like the Chocolate Medifast too ! I have never tried the Vinalla as I am just not a person who likes vinalla anything ! I heard that the vinalla was crappy before I started it and I figured I would not have to deal with it b/c I don't like it anyhow ! So when you say that it made you gag well beleive me it has so many other's as well ! I also tried the Bananna extract and yes, it does taste great ! I guess you gotta be creative with it so it doesn't get so boring to the taste bud's ! I wish I would have known who you were when you seen me @ Dr. Lirio's office b/c I would have chatted with you a bit ! Yeah, those chairs are super sized ! It really makes a person whom is obese to feel good that finally they can go in a Dr.'s office and sit down and not worry about fitting in the damn chairs ! I like that ! Most Dr.'s offices have small chairs with arms on them and it makes me so uncomfortable to even look at them much less try and sit in them ! Things with my daughter are still a little edgy at times but for the most part things are good ! She has grown up alot since then and continues to see her responsibilities in a whole new light ! She's a good mother and I love her so much all I want is the very best for her ! Hopefully she see's that someday ! Thanks for asking about that and I sure will let you know if I ever need a friend to talk to ! Becca, you should be so proud of yourself for that weight loss of 66 lbs. I for one know that it is not easy to do and you probably have to be on it for quite some time , right?
