Happy Monday All ~hugs~ Well I hope you all had a great weekend. Mine was very good, we got some electrical problems worked out with the help of my cuz. We did have to purchase a new stove but that was ok. I do want to share my shopping trip... I went to get new clothes because I soooooo needed new stuff so when I was trying things on I am now in a 12 pants (M-L), 14 jeans (no stretch) and a Medium shirt (some Large)...YEAH that is cool. It sure felt good to wear the 12's....also to get shoes that are a little more girlie since my feet do not hurt ALL the time anymore....I still have to watch because I have wide feet but not as bad as before so that is great. Well that was my WOW moment over the weekend. Ok what I had yesterday: B- 2 oz salmon from leftovers. 1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 400mg Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate. S- 1/2 Egg MCMuffin (out shopping) 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) L- Missed S- String cheese, 3 pretzel rods 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) D- 3 oz steak with onions and mushrooms, broccoli. 1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 400mg Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate S- Watermellon, Soy Nuts *Supplements: 1800 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12. *Water Intake: 30 oz water, 24 oz Diet Coke *Excercise: n/a OK you all have a great day! ~hugs~ Debra P 285/171/125??

Good morning Deb; That is so great about your shopping trip. I can not wait, but I have gone down two sizes, so I am able to wear cloths I had saved. It was a nice weekend with the weather and all. B-1/2 c ff cottage cheese s-melon l-2 slices of cheese s-strawberries d-2 oz chix parm with italian green beans s-popcorn Have a nice day. Karen

Morning Deb I lost my job on Friday. Iam seeing a labor lawwyer today I think. I'm really Depressed. First have to go to Liberty & put in an application. I also have to have a meeting withmy patients to say goodbye & I am really dreading it. I know there will be tears. Its been 5 years. What I ate: B vanilla pineapple shake L tuna salad on toast D sausage & peppers s HERSHEY BAR PB crackers! Linda

Hello everyone, Hope you had a great weekend. What i had yesturday B-scrambled egg with cheese half banana S-Coffee with protein L-1/2 slice of thin crust pizza S-Coffee with protein D-left over chicken cutlet with cucumber S-handful of wheat thins Hope you have a great day. Hi all! I've called in Sick today to rake the yard. It took me all afternoon and it's still not done. I'll continue tomorrow after work. Didn't even break a sweat but drank lots of water. It felt sooo good to be outside and moving What I ate yesterday: B 1 c farina w/ 1/2 tsp take control & cinnamon & splenda S Protein drink w/ 1/4 c ff carb control milk added L 1/3 Amy's veggie bean burrito with 1/4 c chili on top S Cheese off of 1 sm slice pizza (at bowling alley) D 3/4 c lite cottage cheese, 7 wheat thins, SF fudgsicle S sf popsicle, sf York peppermint patty All liguids, all vitamins Have a GREAT week LindaM 230/158/115
