Hi Carolee, So glad to hear everything's settled. I am exactly one week behind you. I know what you mean about nervous. I have been talking out loud to myself, trying to reassure myself that this is going to be alright, it's going to be alright, it's going to be alright! I am also battling the emotional eating issue. I have been certainly eating stuff I shouldn't, but luckily, I have been able to get right back on track after. This is a tough time. This pre op limbo. Hand in hand Carolee....We'll get through it! Hi Amy I am so glad that everything is settled too ! It is a big relief ! Hey honey , we are doing the exact same thing's as we are talking out loud and telling ourselves that all will be okay and this is gonna work ! The emotional eating is one demon that we are gonna more then likely have to deal with the rest of our lives unfortunetly ! I know how you feel though when you say that espeacially right now this close to surgery we are putting all the junk in our mouth's we can ! As long as we can get right back on track it won't matter an awful lot I guess ! At least that is what I am trying to tell myself ! It is indeed a very tough time but like you said Hand in Hand we will get through it and we will be just fine ! Hey that felt good ! I wasn't saying it just to myself ! Well girl I want you to know that I am right there with you on the nerves and don't be afraid to pop me an e-mail if you need to talk ! I wish you all the very best in your upcoming surgery and the rest of your journey ahead ! We will be meeting on the otherside in Loserville real soon ! Can't wait to see you there ! I am to the point now that I am getting really quezy feeling's in my stomach and not sleeping well at night and when I do sleep I have these crazy dreams which all boil down to my surgery ! Carol, Woo-hoo - your surgery date is fast approaching. I can just imagine how excited you must be - I know I was. Hey there Cindee ! I am so excited ! Next Thursday is approaching fast sometimes I think it might be too fast ! But really I can't wait !! Yes I have been waiting a long time for this and it felt like I was never going to get there at times but now it is so close that I can't sit still and can't really fathum the fact that it's gonna happen ! Hey Carolee, Hi sweety. So glad to hear you have a set date. Its really your turn to dance like nobody is watching. I am also an emotional eater. Like today I was at the Doc's and iI dropped 6 pounds this week. I was so discouraged. i know that 6 pounds is great and now I am up to 72 pounds lost and thats in less than two months so I REALLY SHOULD STOP COMPLAINING. .LOLOLO Well anyway ii am so thrilled for you I am doing all of my appointments in the next two weeks. So that will be good and then hopefully at the end of may I pray!!! I am gonna send something to you while your in the hospital so dont be alarmed ok?
