help worried!

has this happend to anyone? I took a capsel(biotin) this morning with my protien shake i think i either drank to much to fast or the pill got stuck i felt pain, gas i threw up and felt much better. i still feel gassie i am afraid to eat or drink. shoud i wait awile to even drink something? how long do you think i will feel uk.

Hi Nancy, I was told not to eat when drinking..to wait at least 30 minutes after eating to drink and after drinking to eat. When did you have surgery? Who was your surgeon? What was your experience from the day you decided to venture on the WL journey? We know not too much about you ...You should post a profile as well. I am 5months post opp and i was told nothing before 30mins before and nothing -1hr after drinking(meal) i for one had alot of problems at first i was throwing up all the time and still do now if i eat really heavy foods. so make sure u are keeping your nuturinest(sp) informred along with dr if havieng problems so they can help. and good luck Nikki

I feel sick when I eat to fast and I got sick for the 1st time the other day I ate 1/2 of a hard boiled egg and I could feel it did not go down. after about 15 min telling myself I was not going to be sick the egg won and i got sick.I also feel bad when I eat bread, so I just stay away from it for the most part.
