What did you say NO to?.....
Hi.
Great topic. This year I said NO to chocolate too. Of course that's not to say that I didn't stare at the Reese's eggs, or the jelly beans, or the chocolate bunnies, or the little solid eggs, but I didn't want to take a chance. I'm afraid that just one bite will lead to many bites and I don't ever want to go there again.
I also passed on the cheese cake (my favorite) and the chocolate pudding pie. Did eat fresh fruit, which I would have passed up last year.
All in all, I think I did fairly well and enjoyed the day with family and friends.
Thanks for starting this thread Debra. Have a great day.

as you know, i couldn't turn down the peeps! ate 2 of them yesterday and 1 today. thank god there are no more in the house!
i kind of said no to dessert yesterday. i left before they served dessert, so i guess i kinda still said no!
my sister made chocolate pudding pie and banana cream pie. i REALLY wanted a piece of banana cream. she was putting the cool whip on and it was the cool whip lite. i said "ooh, did you use sugar-free banana pudding?". but she didn't. and i still wanted a piece the whole time we were at my parents. but i said NO!

NO CADBURY EGGS --Not even the mini ones!
and no Chocolate bunnies, marshmallow rabbits--not one Easter egg.I did try some jelly beans --got sick as a dog and put them away! And yes! I did feel a little deprived --but I also felt proud of myself for not having eaten those "Baddies"--formerly known as "goodies"!
Be Blessed,
