OMG a Small...

Tammy, Hun thank you so much for your kind words. ~Hugs~ I know the sup diet stinks and I have to say I was pretty upset BUT I know now that there was a reason why it turned out that way! You will be there before you know it hun, take this time to get things in order and just learn. Please post more, we love to hear from you......how is your diet going? How are things? Hello again Thanks for asking, to date I have lost a total of 36lbs, I still have 18 more visits to go, with 2 weeks between visits, 36 more weeks i think. I have a problem remembering to write everything down in the little journals they give you at the NUTs office. I was hoping to be farther along by now but... they move at their speed not mine....LOL. I have to see another behaviorist and a exercise coordinator, but all is good. I am just afaird my insurance company will deny me again, this time saying I can do it without WLS. They forget I need this tool to have back surgery now not 4 years down the road. One day at a time. Have a great rest of your day!!!!! Try to get outside this week its suppost to be beautimous!!!! Tammy, Congrats on the weight loss hun. That 9 months will go really quick now.... Yeah with all of the Dr appts I was at their speed not ours. Hang in there hun.... When I was on my diet for the 6 months I has sure I did not lose all that much, I was not sure if I did really well they would turn around and deny me so I went middle of th road. Hun I wish you all the best and enjoy this summer because next it will be totaly different, in a good way. Take care Debra P

SH, Thank you so much for your kind words. ~hugs~ I know this board sure has helped me along the way and I am sure will for many years to come. It feels good to know that I can walk into a store and buy an outfit without looking around crazy for my size. The really funny this is that I get upset when I am looking at the reg clothes and see a plus size now. I just don't want to see those sizes anymore. Thanks again hun Debra P

Debra, That is just awesome girl ! You have done a super job with losing that weight ! You go girl ! I am so happy for you It must have been such an awesome feeling when you learned that those small's fit you just right. Carol, Hun thank you so much for those kind words. ~hugs~ I am glad it helped your nerves some, it really is an awesome change in ones life! WOW so many ups and down but so worth every turn in the road! Speaking of inspiration, I guess we all look to someone to help us along because I have so many here that inspire me! Reading the good and bad always seems to help along the way. I like the fact that this board give the good and bad on things because lets face it, it is not all good on this journey. It can get so hard at times but with the love and support here it is doable (if that is a word )! Thank YOU for many kind words of encouragement over the months. LisaMarie, Thanks for much hun ~Hugs~ I feel good but just want to get myself back on the losing track...I lose like 1 lbs a week if that and I need to step it up now! I know our office is not even close to be done but I need to get my walker back up from the basemet to use it again everyday! I am sure it will help. Thanks again hun, your the best! Debra P
