Hello All ~hugs~ Ok I am off today to go see my surgoen for a well over due follow up visit and to go over my new bloodwork. I wanted to post before leaving for Long Island....I am not looking forward to the drive but at least it is a nice day. What I had yesterday: B- 8 oz carb control Choc Milk, Atkins Advantage protein bar 1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 400mg Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate. S- String cheese, 1 serving light popcorn 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) L- 3 oz ham with some green beans, pat of butter S- pk PB cheese crackers 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) D- 2 chicken legs, green beans 1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 400mg Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate S- 3 pretzel rods *Supplements: 1800 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12. *Water Intake: 60 oz water, 15 oz Diet Coke, 12 oz crystal light *Excercise: n/a Ok that is it.....take care and have a great day! ~hugs~ Debra P 285/169/125??

Deb Good luck at the doctor's! my interview wen tvery well, but they have a couple of more people to see. Keep your fingers crossed. My food was a little better yesterday B vanilla pineapple protein shake L sm amt pork lomein D 5 fish sticks S strawberries & coolwhip 2 pkgs pb crackers Calcium citrate, iron, MVI Leaving for Virginia in the morning Linda

Good morning Ms Moozy and good luck at the doctors!! Its a beauitful day pick some good driving music and have a nice drive . Its a good time to think up one of those great questions that get us all thinking!!

Eats for yesterday B 6 oz ff yogurt w/1 Tbs walnuts, L Hard boiled egg, Zone snack bar S sf twizzler, sf popsicle D 2 Tbs ground beef, 4 wheatsworth crackers with 2 tsp p'nut butter sf fudgsicle S protein drink Before bed - 2 sf popsicle All liquids, vitamins, minerals, 10 minutes on bike. LindaM
