Tavia, Nope, not a stupid post... I would have had to pay this year BUT we had the fire in Jan 05 which sounds funny but it saved us and we got back a nice amount. Now we have the house that should help for next year... I think we have it spent already on paving the driveway. Oh well we will see..... Take care Debra P
