Surgery Cancelled.....New Date May 3rd

Arrived at the hospital and was advised the doctor had two emergencies and would not be able to perform the procedure today. I have a new date may 4th. unfortunately I will have to retrun back to work. Marah

Susan, Yes... Due to it being medical once they have the new letter I must stay home they are very strict about that, If I have a fever they send me home the way my employer sees it if your sick you can't work productively. It's just the fact of going back I've packed up my work clothes. I guess I'll unpack them. Marah

Bummer!!!! I know the day that I have to go in for surgery my nerves will be shot,and I'll probally cry all the way there.Then to find out they can't do it that day.Oh well what are ya gonna do!Sometimes things happen for a reason so we have to go with the flow.The 3rd isn't to far off.Best wishes for a safe surgery and a smooth recovery. HI Marah Sorry to hear about your surgery being cancel, but May 3 is not that far away and I know what you're going though, it's like someone making a promise and fall back on it, and you know this is it I'm there, there's no turning back and then BAM! I thank you all for the support. I slept all day in between playing phone tag with doctors. Now they are telling me I have to get my pre-op paper work to the new hospital. What do they get paid for. But anyway now that they have transfered me to a new hospital I feel a little more better my mom lives ten minutes away and since it is on a wednesday my kids wont have to be without me for so long since I can see them on the weekend when there not in school. So everything doess happen for a reason. Marah...... Im still upset but I'm not gonna let that deter me. I know I wasn't ready today.

Things happen for a reason and I believe whatever God has for you, no one can take away. He makes no mistakes in his decisons for our life. You're in my thoughts and prayers.
