Tuesday! What did you eat?
Goodmorning everyone. Where did the sun go? It is cloudy and a little cool today. Hope it gets nicer. Ok so what did you eat?
B scrambled egg with cheese 2 strawberries and half banana
s coffee with protein
L half chicken cutlet melted mozerella cheese and sauce with a kirby
S popcorn
D scrambled egg with cheese and some stewed potato and carrot
S strawberries with sugar free cool whip
Water was not to bad again about 50oz, so i am doing better these days. Being out and the warm weather is helping. Have a great day!

B: 2 Tbls. cream of rice
2 Tbls. Turkey Bacon
L: 2 tbls. Albacore Tuna mixed with a little light mayo
2 tbls. baby carrots
2 tbls. green beans
1 tbls. peaches
D: 2 tbls. pork tenderloin
2 tbls. baby carrots
2 tbls. zucchini
2 tbls. peaches
I also had the Carb Countdown Choc. milk w/ Designer whey powder in it
before lunch and dinner .
Ooooch! I just had my very first sneeze since surgery last Thursday !
It really hurt like the dicken's !
Linda M. had asked me if I had one of them yet since surgery and at the time which was 4 day's or so go I didn't and I was so hoping that it would hold off a while longer !

L-3oz chicken breast 3-crackers
S-peach mango protien drink
D- 1 cup homemade veg soup with 1/4oz recotta cheese
1 multi v 2-cal
S-sugarfree lo carb pudding 1tbs coolwhip free
about 48oz water

I'm doing well! Not really awake at chat time these days...been hitting the sack really early.
What I ate:
B 1/2 c cottage cheese, with 1/4 c strawberries
L 1.5 oz chicken with lite mayo, 1 wheat cracker
S 2 Tbs walnuts, sf popsicle
D 1/4 c tuna with lite mayo, 9 wheat thins, SF ice cream bar
S Zone snack bar

B= bowl oatmeal and cafe latte
L= melba toast with butter, cafe latte
snack = some potatoe chips
D= three bites london broil, sponful of mashed potatoes and some green peas
snack=
three cookies
almost no water
all day
before midnight work = cafe latte with a handful of peanuts
And to top everything off I forgot all my vits
