Since I bought my Yamaha VSTAR Classic I've been AOL, somewhat, from the gym, or at least not as dedicated as I have been. Also because of some emotional difficulties I have been eatting junk! Resulting in a 1 lb weight loss over the past 2 weeks! Well yesterday I got back on track with a 3 hour work out at the gym and I had the new ASIAN salad from McDonalds for dinner! I know their salads are not the best but I did not have the energy to cook the salmon I bought so I will have it tonight! Thanks goodness for Golds GYM! No bike until the weekend! Thanks for your continued support! Kenny

Glad to hear you are back on track, Kenny. It is so easy to slip into old habits, isn't it? Now, stay off the bike and get to the gym!!!!!!!! LOL...........I should take my own advice and get out for a walk. S

Hi, Kenny! My husband has a Victory Vegas that he loves; he rides it to the office, sometimes, because he has like NO free time! So I guess incorporating what you love into what we have to do could be a good balance. (Like your getting salad from McDonalds instead of all the other fatty choice...good job! ) How about riding the bike to the gym? (Riding the bike is sure a better workout anyway than sitting in the car, right?) Take care, Kenny, and have a great weekend! Lisa

Woooo Hoooo Go Kenny! I ride my bike to work.....from Brooklyn to Wall Street and I love it. I just replaced my Gary Fischer for a Giant Road Bike and it rides like BUTTER! I look foward to it everyday. Glad you got back into the saddle!!!!!!! Kimberly

Hey Kenny! I have had that salad twice. It's really good. My band doesn't like Salmon unfortunately. We pass by that gym every so often, hubby passes it on the way to work. It looks like a great place, I wish I could join! Congrats on getting back on track. Kristine

Hi Kristine, it's a state of the art gym! Full sized pool, a wide variety of aerobic dance classes, an awesome RPM class and Yoga! A Volley ball and Racquett Ball league as well. Not sure what you mean by wish? Unless its the financial issue which is very understandable? It costs $51 a month and worth every penny! If you likeI can get you a free pass for a week if you want to check it out?? Kenny
