Happy Monday All ~hugs~ Well back to work today, trying for a full day but we will see what happens. I know I am going to over run with emails and that will be most of my morning I am sure..... What I had yesterday: B- Zero Carb Isopure protein shake - Banana, Orange and something else, it was a sample and tasted like a creamsickle (25 grams of protien) 1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 400mg Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate. S- spring cheese, 1 serving Smartfood popcorn 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) L- grilled chicken ceasar salad with dressing and crotons S- 3 pretzel rods 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) D- 3 oz steak with mushrooms, 1/4 baked potato, pat of butter 1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 400mg Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate *Supplements: 1800 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12. *Water Intake: 10 oz water, 45 oz Diet Coke *Excercise: Nothing yet Ok take care all and have a great day! ~hugs~ Debra P 285/165.5/125??

Christine, Hey hun... ~hugs~ Good to see you..... Yeah i did to much per my surgeon when I called the office today, i started to bleed a little heavier and he said go home and get off your feet, I have to see him on Wed at 9am.....so no wor****il he tell me it is ok... Debra P

Deb, I got it! I start on the 22nd! It is a big pay cut, but I will be saving on gas & on medical insurance. I can pobably do per diem at the jail too! Linda

Hi Debra , Good to see you posting this thread again ! Take it easy today at work and try not to over do ! I finally can take part in this thread on the losing side ! Yeah, it sure feel's good ! B- 2 tbls. oatmeal 2 tbls. turkey bacon 2 tbls. banana L- 2 tbls. steak 1 tbls. cream of mushroom soup 2 tbls. ricotta cheese 1 tsp. tomato sauce D- 2 tbls. pork tenderloin 2 tbls. carrots 2 tbls. zucchini 2 tbls. cottage cheese I also had before lunch and dinner : 4 oz. carb countdown choc. milk mixed with 4 oz. skim milk and 1/2 scoop designer whey protein powder I had decaf coffee , tea and water as well throughout the day ! I go today to get my G-tube out and I can't wait ! It is driving me loony ! Hope you have a great day ! and Carolee 328/253/?
