Pam, I think I went back into shape so well because. I was a machinist for 15 years made boring aircraft parts. I was in good shape and had alot of muslce tone. I think iIt was easy for me to get that back. Because it was so solid for so many years. I did excercise hard since sugery. almost an hour a day. Excercise really helped me get that tone back.
