Coming on my 1yr anniversary-i have lost only!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my surg on 12/28/2004 and I have lost 89lbs and I need to lose another 100lbs my weight right know is going up and down and suggestions on how to jump start my weight loss again. Any info is helpful and will appreciate. Thanks
