Does any post op?
Brenda,
I live to make people smile. I sometimes think I have the mind of a bratty 10 year old who will stand on his head, crack a joke, just do anything to make someone smile. I truly believe that there are far too many sad serious things in this world to worry about and that we should find silly things to laugh about as often as we can.
You have a great night Miss Brenda.. And if everything falls into place I am hoping to see you at the conference.
Big Hugs,
Laura
Oh yea, definate difference in lapaproscopic and open..I dont' know of anyone who had lap that has a hernia...I am not saying you can't because I honestly don't know..but I do believe it's rare..so I have been told by surgeons I know!
that is certainly not a reason to have open..if I had to do it over I would go to a surgeon who does nothing but laparoscopic..(knowing what I know now)
I wish I could have had lap. My scar is so ugly. Maybe if the insurance pays for this they will correct this ugly scar as well. It is a dead give away for gastric bypass. Not that I show it. But if I am ever in a accident. They will know right away I had some kind of surgery. proof in the pudding
Thanks
Barb
Go See a Doctor!!!
I just had to have ventrical hernia repair on 02/28/06. I thought it was just from surgery and nothing to worry about. It was there for several months. My hernia was so bad my bowels were looped out under the skin. They had to do surgery for the repair, and put in mesh netting to prevent any other hernias. Please be safe go see a doctor to make sure.
Big Hugs,
Lisa
