Hello, My name is Jennny I had gastric bypass 15mnts ago, and i also need someone to walk the journey with as well. I would like to know a little about you. Have you had the surgery yet? If so how is it going for you. I know that I have been trying to find someone that i can talk to that understands some of the things I'm going through. My friends and family do not understand what it is like to have the surgery. Also they don't know the challanges it can bring sometimes. Please by all means email [email protected]. Hi Felicia, My name is Shellie and I am 35 years old. I had surgery 8 1/2 months ago. Funny how we become like children again and count in 1/2's again after surgery! Hahaha. This surgery has been the best thing I have ever done for myself. It was a long journey and will really be a journey for the rest of my life. I was very lucky and met a friend in one of my required classes before surgery. We have walked this road together and she has really made all of the difference in the world. It is nice to have someone *****ally understands what you are going through there to support you. We really learn a lot from one another. I would love to be your support through this.
